IMS has worked with with counties, and police and fire departments around the Philadelphia area to create or modernize their emergency operations centers (EOC) and upgrade mobile command posts. As a result of these projects, these agencies have greater situational awareness, are data-driven, and can implement  intelligence-led decisions for greater efficiency. We are using this experience to help companies, universities, and other organizations create effective EOCs in their facilities during this unprecedented global pandemic.
