IMS is working with many school districts and universities on grant-funded projects to expand their online learning capabilities. Key features of the projects include:

• Adding cameras and microphones to all classrooms to allow students attending in-person and students participating remotely in a HyFlex model to have the same teaching experience.
  • Expanding web conferencing hardware and software to facilitate communication and collaboration among students and staff.
    • Installing or upgrading digital signage to keep in-person students and staff who up-to-date on rapidly changing rules, guidance, and procedures.
    • Video wall installations to provide immersive experiences.
      
      • Providing teachers with green screen, audio, and lighting kits to enhance visual impact.
      • Sharing collaboration tools and ideas to improve student engagement.
      • Voice amplification/enhancement technology.
